Slagboom 4 x 4 Trail
The route is named after the battle of Slagboom that took place here many years ago.The routes are typical mountain farm roads - look out for cattle -, which link up to a neighbouring farm used by the SA Police Service for 4 x 4 training. The route is moderate when dry, but a diff-lock is advisable. Ascents are quite steep in certain parts but the road surface has enough grip to keep even novices happy.
